Assisted numerous homeowners with residential rehabs and additions. Understands that each project is unique and values hearing and executing the needs of the clients. Graduate with a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Tennessee. Commercial Real Estate Broker, and deal maker with 29 years of experience in retail development and leasing. Experienced with land development and community / demographic analysis. Residential real estate investor. Experienced with Rehab projects, flip projects, and self-managed short-term rental investment projects.
